Plea for Help!
Utah State Prison inmate #19283, Rev. Dr. Redelk Ironhorse Thomas has state correctional contracts to possess and use a priest choker, medicine bag, 2 power errings, eagle feathers & claws, sacred medicine pipe and tobacco, for his practice as a priest of the Native American Church. These contracts are signed by the prison warden Hank Galetka. But yet, lower prison officers Lynn Waller, Lori Bradley, Paul Steinfeldt, retaliate and balk the warden's authority, by ordering prison swat members capt. Richard Billings, LT. Scott Blackburn, Sgt. Dave Caudill, on March 3, 1995, to confiscate Mr. Thomas' spiritual objects. These objects were unconstitutionally given to a public charity without due process, or regard for Mr. Thomas' First Amendment rights. Mr. Thomas is poor and cannot afford new spiritual objects. Ask them to stop ignoring complaints sent to them, and to take protective measures to assure that Prison Staff comply with Mr. Thomas' contracts and afford him his First Amendment Rights.
